Licensees operate a training business utilizing copyrighted written materials, video media, audio media, online media, and other materials and live instructional programs in a Principle Marketing Area as determined by the franchise. Participants are typically enrolled from local, regional, national, or international companies across all industries with employee populations of 20 to 1000+. Participants are also enrolled by local/state/national government, industry associations, charities and not for profit organizations.
Managers are taught two topics per month over a 12-month period and they can start any time throughout the year. As they work alongside management peers from other companies and industries, they expand their knowledge of proven management techniques that they can apply immediately. This franchise has developed an interactive process that guides participants to not simply talk about being a better leader, it holds them accountable to implement new applications, processes and systems to elevate themselves and their teams to increased productivity.
The franchises public seminars are delivered monthly in Edmonton, Calgary, BC, Ontario and Quebec. For larger teams, the option is available in a private, customized format. As of January 2019, there were 16 franchise owners and 5 sales associates across Canada. – Franchise Investment – US $69,500.00 for open PMA territory
– Additional start-up capital recommended – CAD $20,000-30,000 required to set up home office, seminar materials and equipment, marketing expenses, insurance, legal and accounting costs and a 3-6 month cash reserve
– BDO financing available in Canada
– Franchisee Royalty & Distribution Rate: 35.5% of retail sale revenues payable upon collection. Annually, franchisees in good standing are eligible to earn a 5% credit on the incremental Gross Revenues reported over a threshold level of $150,000
