Neil’s talent for aiding clients in buying and selling a business, financing, and determining a business’s value makes him a great resource.

Neil’s areas of specialization include assisting start ups, structuring businesses to sell, business acquisition, determining the value of small businesses, deal management, due diligence processes, arranging and obtaining financing for clients, and executive and financial business coaching.

Madison excels in process improvement, business brokerage and marketing and communications. When she is not working with business owners, she spends her time raising her young son.

In her spare time, Heather is either at the hockey arena watching her son play for the Edmonton Oil Kings or she is at the stable with her daughter who is a competitive Equestrian.

Kieron provides financial analysis, business valuation guidance, and client support for our business owners.

In his spare time, Kieron participates in competitive lacrosse.

Sneha’s educational background includes studies in computer science and she holds a masters in Biomedical Signal Processing and Instrumentation.

Sneha manages business data for both Alberta Business Sales and Commercial Ventures, providing integral insights that are used to make key decisions about each company. She is also an integral part of the client service team, managing due diligence and working directly with clients in a support role.

In her spare time, Sneha is raising a young daughter while learning the Python language and PowerBI.

Rob’s previous experience and his B.Comm have helped him understand the intricacies of complex businesses, and how to navigate the challenging conversations that can arise as you look to buy or sell a business.

When he’s not at work, you can find him on the golf course, snowboarding or playing sports in local leagues.

Jay’s previous experience has given him a sound knowledge of the intricacies of business ownership and the importance of building trust with the clients he works with.

Jay is a busy father of two and can be found spending his weekends at various hockey areas and soccer pitches across the province.

In his spare time, Craig is on the Basketball court. In fact, he was once Capitan and a starter on his University Basketball team.
